What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, your message, and the type of enquiry you selected. Email address is optional. We do not ask for passwords, payment card details, UPI PINs or identity documents on this website. This site does not take orders or payment of any kind.

The enquiry form also has an optional checkbox for occasional product updates and offers. We record whether you checked it — "yes" or "no" — along with your enquiry. Leaving it unchecked does not affect how we handle your enquiry.

How we use it

We use the enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry. If you checked the optional updates box, we may also use your contact details to send you occasional product updates and offers; if you left it unchecked, we don't. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Instagram embeds

The "Pahadi तत्व on Instagram" section on the homepage embeds posts directly from Instagram using Meta's own embed script (instagram.com/embed.js). This is not privacy-neutral: when that script loads, Instagram/Meta may process your browser's request (e.g. IP address, user agent) and may set third-party cookies, under Meta's own privacy policy — independent of anything on this site. We have not added a separate cookie-consent gate in front of these embeds; if that script is blocked by your browser or an extension, a plain link to the original post is shown instead.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private, access-restricted Google Sheet used only by our team. The sheet is not publicly accessible.

You can contact us using the details on this site to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion, subject to any records we must keep for legitimate business purposes.
